The terms that govern your use of the Rango AI app and website.

1. What Rango is

Rango AI ("Rango", "we", "us") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) travel-planning application — an independent AI assistant that helps you search for trains, compare options, and plan your journey. Ticketing is done by you on the official IRCTC platform using your own IRCTC account. Rango is a software tool — we do not issue or sell train tickets, and we are not a travel agent, ticketing agent, or reseller.

2. Your responsibilities

  • If you choose to proceed on IRCTC, you must have a valid IRCTC account and the right to use it.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the travel details and passenger information you provide.
  • You must comply with IRCTC's terms and all applicable laws, including rules on personal-use travel.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.

4. Fees

Rango charges a journey-planning fee as described on our Pricing page. This fee is for the use of the Rango assistant only. Rango does not collect train fares — the fare is charged by IRCTC and paid by you directly to IRCTC. Refunds of the journey-planning fee are governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Rango is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rango is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from IRCTC downtime, failed transactions, incorrect information you supply, or cancellations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the journey-planning fee you paid for the journey in question.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Rango to facilitate fraudulent or bulk/commercial activity, or anything that violates IRCTC's terms or applicable law. We may suspend access for misuse.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rango after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
